Administrative Actions

Mr. Wachtler regularly practices before administrative tribunals including the St. Paul and Minneapolis Civil Service Commissions, the Office of Administrative Hearings, Veteran’s Preference Panels, and BM-rostered labor arbitrators.  He he regularly arbitrates public-sector labor cases on behalf of police and fire unions, such as the St. Paul Police Federation, the Police Officers Federation of Minneapolis, International Brotherhood of Firefighters Local 21 (St. Paul fire), the Minnesota Conservation Officers Association, and Law Enforcement Labor Services.  He also regularly appears before various Minnesota professional licensing Boards, including the Minnesota Board of Nursing, the Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board, and the Board of Medical Practice.
