Chris Wachtler has been litigating civil and criminal cases in Minnesota and Wisconsin since 1996. He handles a broad range of cases, including labor and employment cases, personal injury cases, professional licensing actions, and appeals.  A major focus of Chris’ practice involves representing public sector employees and unions involved in disputes with local units of government as well as the state of Minnesota.  He also regularly appears before various Minnesota professional licensing Boards, including the Minnesota Board of Nursing, the Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board, and the Board of Medical Practice.

Besides litigating civil and criminal cases in district courts in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, Chris has represented clients in numerous labor arbitration hearings, veterans preference hearings, civil service hearings before the Minneapolis and St. Paul Civil Service Commissions, and other types of administrative proceedings.
